15 Easy Recipes for Guys Who Can't Cook

I'm that guy. I don't cook, but I still want to eat something tasty that doesn't require hours of preparation. This recipe is super simple and only requires one pot.

Get a pot with about 2 tablespoons of oil or cooking spray in it and turn the stove onto medium-high heat. Cut up your onions, carrots, broccoli (I like mine well-cooked), bell pepper (don't like this one), water chestnuts, garlic cloves into bite-size pieces. Add them to the pan and stir until they're brown on the edges, then let them cook for about 10 minutes. Add white wine (a few ounces) and soy sauce (tablespoons) to deglaze the pan, then pour in chicken broth (cans). Drop in the frozen (thawed) cooked rice noodles. Please bring it to a boil, then turn the heat down to the low, cover the pan and let it cook for ten more minutes while you stir regularly.

I will write a paragraph on Mixed Mushroom and Pea Baked Risotto. Risotto is typically a type of Italian rice dish. It contains chopped onions and butter or oil, plus breadcrumbs. It typically is topped with parmesan cheese and fried or roasted garlic cloves or minced parsley.

After a long day at work, crisp black bean tacos with fresh lime-tomato salsa is the perfect dinner for anyone on the go. It only takes about 10 minutes of prep time before you can enjoy this delicious meal. These are also some of my favorite recipes to make when I'm in a hurry, as it doesn't require much cooking time and makes for an easy weeknight meal that everyone in your family will love.

First, gather all of your ingredients-chili pepper, onion, vegetable oil or cooking spray, tomatoes (diced or stripped), garlic cloves (minced or pressed), green bell pepper (chopped), jalapeño peppers (diced), cumin seeds and salt into a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Next, in a large frying pan (with the cooking spray), heat oil or cooking spray over medium heat. Add the onions, peppers, bell peppers and garlic cloves and cook while stirring until tender. Stir often as they tend to stick.

What you'll need:

- Pillsbury pizza dough (1 can)

- 1/2c. parmesan cheese, grated

- 8oz of mozzarella cheese, shredded

- Salt and pepper to taste

Roasting chicken with baby brussels sprouts is a fun way to make a simple meal that tastes fantastic. The Brussels sprouts are cooked with olive oil and garlic, giving them an incredible flavor. The chicken gets a chance to roast in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced in the thickest part of thigh and leg. That's it!
